Disability Access

If you have any special needs please let our staff know so that we can help you, and also ensure you get the same support in the future.

Patients with mobility problems may gain access to the Cheam GP Centre by a gentle slope to the main entrance from the Cheam GP Centre car park.

There are two designated car spaces in the rear Cheam GP Centre car park which have been allocated for patients holding a blue badge.

There is also a fully accessible toilet in the building for patients with a disability, along with baby changing facilities.

If required we can provide a wheelchair for use in the building or to and from a vehicle. If you need further assistance, please ask one of the receptionists.

There is no lift in the building. If you unable to climb the easy-rise staircase please inform reception.

Hearing Impaired

We can offer assistance to patients with a hearing impairment, if required when attending the surgery, please contact our reception team for further information.

Blind/partially sighted

If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.
