If you are homeless and need to register with a GP, please speak to one of our Receptionists who will be able to help.

Services on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th January between 8am-8pm.

We have put on extra services over this weekend if you need urgent medical help that is not a life-threatening 999 emergency.

This is to help local hospitals and the ambulance service as they are extremely busy at the moment.

To access these services in Sutton Borough please telephone call 0333 332 4360 where you will be assessed by a clinician and offered an appointment if clinically required. This may be a video appointment or a face to face appointment.

Outside of these hours please call 111.

You could also consider using your local pharmacy for non-urgent health advice.

Due to the current rapid spread of Coronavirus, patient access appointment booking is currently unavailable to maximise patient safety against the virus.
Please also note you must have an appointment to enter the surgery, as we are temporarily not accepting patient walk-ins.
All patient appointments must be booked by telephoning the practice on 0208 644 0224
We apologise for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your support and understanding as we work through this crisis. We continue to operate a total triage system meaning all questions are dealt with in the first instance over the telephone. Please only attend the surgery when asked to do so, and, if so, please always wear a face covering.
Please note that people in the 50-64-year old age group will not be vaccinated until November and December, providing there is sufficient vaccine, and no appointments will be offered for this age group until then. This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first. If you are 50-64 and you are in one of the other groups which is eligible for the flu vaccination, for example you have a health condition which puts you at risk from the flu, you will be invited earlier.
